From Ours to Yours

Try our homage to our heritage, a Beef on Weck. Slowly roasted beef served on a toasted, buttered kaiser roll and topped with carrawy seeds and sea salt. Traditionally served with horseradish and mustard or have it like a Kansan with a side of barbeque sauce.
